Job description5+ years of experience in an API QC Lab environment Proficiency with GCMS, HPLC, GC , and other chemical analysis techniques Experience with small molecule testing and troubleshooting Strong understanding of QC Lab operations and regulatory compliance Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred (but not required)
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support QC lab operations during the night shift
- Analyze small molecule / API samples using GCMS, HPLC, GC, and other chemical analysis methods
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and data issues
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
- Support investigations and resolve any quality or testing issues
- Train and mentor junior analysts
