Our scope spans Employee Self-Service, support, hire-to-retire processes, and the enablement of HR programs.

The HR Business Process Manager, Hiring plays a key role in delivering high-quality hiring experiences for our candidates, employees, and hiring managers. You will execute, govern, and continuously improve our hiring processes. This includes understanding key business outcomes and designing or improving processes to best meet those goals by assessing process performance using metrics and data, by monitoring compliance and controls, and by contributing requirements to improve systems and tools. You will also facilitate process-level change management activities to ensure shared understanding and adherence to process across our global Hiring community.
