CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance Team in Albany, NY, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting strategic initiatives. What You'll Do :

• Perform detailed cost and financial analysis to support business decisions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Assist with annual budget and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with independent auditors to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
• Support budget activity, expense coding, document preparation, and analyzing budget overruns and budget adherence
• Lead and participate in financial integration efforts for M&A targets

Salary Range : $80,000 - $85,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
