Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and environmental conditions of buildings and grounds. Support management in achieving collection goals and ensuring cost effective operations.

What to Expect

Schedule : Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) - 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm

Note : This position does have a call schedule.

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll get to :

• Perform advanced inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Lead and execute complex work orders involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and structural maintenance.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, recommending long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate and oversee contractor work, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Support facility upgrades, renovations, and special projects by providing technical input and hands-on execution.
• Maintain and calibrate building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and access control infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide Facilities Technicians in performing routine maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ensure documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and contractor services is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Facilities Management to ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and internal policies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including PPE usage, lockout / tagout procedures, and hazard communication standards
