The Opportunity
ERM is seeking a Salesforce Commercial Lead North America to drive market growth for our Salesforce Net Zero Cloud partnership. This is a front-line, revenue-generating role responsible for building and executing go-to-market strategies, developing new client relationships, and shaping integrated NZC opportunities that blend implementation services and ERM advisory expertise.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise sales or commercial leadership in the sustainability and technology space, is well-versed in Salesforce, and can confidently originate and close large, complex opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial development for Salesforce Net Zero Cloud across North America.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them understand regulatory and reporting drivers (CSRD, SB-253 / 261, ISSB, CDP, etc) and the role of Net Zero Cloud in meeting compliance and value-creation goals.
Act as ERM's commercial interface with Salesforce for North America, strengthening alignment with AEs, solution engineers, and leadership teams.
Champion the "One-ERM" approach, aligning internal teams across Digital, Climate, Corporate Sustainability, and Service Lines.

Why Join ERM?
For the Partner, Decarbonization Strategy & Implementation position, the anticipated annual base salary range starts at $200,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term / flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
