Mezeh Mediterranean Grill is one of the fastest-growing fresh-casual restaurant brands on the East Coast, with 50+ locations and more opening soon. We’re on a mission to bring fresh, bold, and natural Mediterranean food to every community we serve.

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The role involves frequent travel to Mezeh restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (and occasional LinkedIn)
  • Travel to Mezeh locations to capture photo / video content and cover events
  • Engage with our community : respond to comments, DMs, and foster authentic relationships
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok)
  • Monitor social listening, trends, and analytics to improve performance
  • Track conversions (online orders, app downloads, loyalty signups) and report on KPIs
  • Use first- and third-party data to target and grow audiences

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management (restaurant, food & beverage, or consumer brand a plus)
  • Strong photo, video, and editing skills for mobile-first, short-form content
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)
  • Knowledge of analytics + conversion tracking (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting and brand voice adaptability
  • Ability to travel frequently and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
