What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning and executing projects for assigned accounts. You’ll guide each step — from scope definition to completion — ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Planning project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client needs.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Preparing project quotes and proposals.
- Coordinating with suppliers and managing supply chain requirements.
- Tracking project performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Communicate proactively with internal and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned.Manage project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Provide clear, consistent updates to both clients and leadership.Field and Team Management
Oversee subcontractors and fieldwork to ensure top-quality results.Support and develop project managers under your supervision.Ensure all on-site work meets our standards of excellence.Additional Opportunities to Contribute
Help develop scopes of work for recurring contracts.Create specifications for new equipment and product life cycles.Support asset management and onboarding processes.Contribute to estimating standards and manage larger multi-account projects as needed.What You Bring
High School Diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.2–5 years of experience in the door, dock, or hardware industry — or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Experience working with end users, general contractors, and service providers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A professional presence paired with a positive, can-do attitude.Knowledge of installation processes and fieldwork is a plus.Why You’ll Love Working With Us
