Electrical Superintendent – Join Our Dynamic Team!

Are you an experienced electrical pro ready to lead high-energy commercial projects? We’re seeking an Electrical Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to manage on-site installations, ensure quality, and keep projects on track!

What You’ll Do :

  • Project Oversight : Manage on-site electrical work ensuring all installations meet safety standards and regulatory codes.
  • Team Leadership : Mentor and guide your crew to foster a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Scheduling & Coordination : Work hand-in-hand with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Quality Assurance & Safety : Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and enforce strict safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial settings
  • Minimum 10 years' field experience
  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish / English preferred) with a knack for teamwork.
  • Must be CPR / First Aid certified.
  • Must complete OSHA 30 within the first 90 days.
  • Valid Florida License, a good driving record, and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Master Electrician, Silver certification preferred.
  • Hands-on approach with excellent blueprint reading and computer skills (Word & Excel).
