Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, relationship-based care to patients and clientsCollaborate closely with the clinical team and leadershipBuild meaningful connections within the practice and local communityMentor and support the growth of staff through an internal LevelUp training programManage a diverse caseload, including both appointments and surgical proceduresQualifications
DVM / VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or completion of ECFVG / PAVE)Active veterinary license in good standing in Texas (or ability to obtain one)Compensation & Benefits
