Location : Fredericksburg, VA

Compensation : $115,000$125,000 base + per diem for non-local candidates

Project : 130-unit employee housing, ~$12M, slab-on-grade

Timeline : Target completion July 31, 2026

Start : ASAP (interviews this week)

Axis Talent Group is partnering with a GC building a 130-unit employee housing project at the new Kalahari Resort site in Fredericksburg, VA. Were looking for a Superintendent to take day-to-day leadership on site and keep a fast-moving schedule on track.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
• Drive schedule, look-aheads, and sequencing for slab-on-grade and vertical work
• Oversee QA / QC, inspections, and close coordination with city / utility stakeholders
• Enforce site safety (JHAs, toolbox talks, incident reporting) and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite
• Manage RFIs, daily reports, and progress photos; collaborate closely with PM
