Job Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer (PIT) is a subject matter expert responsible for developing and executing value-based sales strategies aimed at increasing market share among significant end-user accounts. The primary focus of this role will be on conducting manufacturing-level discovery within these accounts to identify opportunities for process improvement. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will effectively identify and document current manufacturing constraints in the welding environment and will develop, validate, and execute the most customer-advantageous solutions that will deliver value to the customer. Knowledge will encompass a portfolio of leading brands and solutions, including Miller Electric Mfg. welding equipment, Hobart filler metals, Bernard, and Tregaskiss MIG guns.
Location : The role is specifically focused on the Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana geography.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Welding Engineering.
Experience :
Extensive experience in manufacturing processes, with a specialization in welding techniques and technologies.
Skills and Responsibilities :
Ability to engage with plant-level and C-suite individuals to advance the execution of strategic solutions aimed at optimizing welding operations.
