Position Overview

As a BODY20 team member, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! You will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Responsibilities

Greet Members and maintaining flow of sessions

Provide exemplary customer service

Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls

Respond to customer questions, issues, and scheduling sessions

Respond to new leads entering the system

Coordinate consultations and walking new bookings through their first sessions

Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service

Requirements

Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly

Passion for health and wellness

Strong follow-up and organizational skills
