A company is looking for a Senior Claims Analyst - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle medical only Workers Compensation claims ensuring timely and accurate processing

Conduct investigations, maintain proper files, and obtain necessary medical records

Provide superior customer service and address inquiries from various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree preferred

General knowledge of insurance and / or claims is a plus

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Willingness to obtain non-resident adjuster licenses for mandatory states

Commitment to continuing education to maintain licensing
