We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional work environment. This role will manage vendor contracts and relationships while coordinating office needs such as space planning, furniture, and supplies. The Facilities Manager will play a key role in supporting Urbans growing operations by developing maintenance programs, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, and liaising with other departments to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair :
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and reactive maintenance programs for all Urban Infraconstruction facilities and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, safety hazards, and facility issues.
- Oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and facilities performance.
Vendor & Contractor Management :
Manage, negotiate, and maintain contracts with third-party vendors, service providers, and suppliers.Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms and service level agreements.Evaluate vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.Office Needs & Operations :
Coordinate office moves, space planning, and furniture needs to support Urbans staff and departmental requirements.Manage day-to-day facility operations, including delegating maintenance orders and overseeing cleaning and janitorial staff.Ensure all Urban facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained, including interior and exterior areas.Budget & Compliance :
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for facility operations, maintenance, and projects.Ensure all facilities and operations comply with relevant local, state, national, and health and safety regulations.Maintain insurance policies and manage claims related to facilities.Strategic Planning :
