We are seeking a forward-thinking Technical Product Owner to drive the maturity of our internal development platform and CI / CD pipelines. This role is internal-facing and will serve as the voice of the engineering team - managing the backlog, creating roadmaps, and ensuring our delivery practices continue to evolve. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding of SDLC and CI / CD pipelines, combined with product ownership skills to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CI / CD pipeline product within an Azure environment (ADO boards, Azure Pipelines, GitHub).
• Partner with engineering leaders to define a roadmap and continuously improve internal development practices.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, and workflows to support delivery teams.
• Present to stakeholders, explain technical decisions, and translate customer feedback into actionable backlog items.
• Drive adoption of modern DevOps practices and help the organization mature its engineering effectiveness.
• Take ownership of backlog management and ensure prioritization aligns with business and engineering needs.
• Provide problem resolution and support for engineering teams using internal platforms.
