Senior CNC Machinist / Programmer

Role Overview

Beehive Industries is searching for a qualified candidate to fill an open position for a Senior Machinist / Programmer. This position is intended for a self-driven professional looking to expand their abilities to include machining consumable goods for the DMLS process as well as metal 3D printed components.

What You'll Do...

• Setup and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers and CMM equipment
• Develop machining fixtures for complex aerospace components
• Program CNC equipment on-line and off-line
• Quote machining work for internal and external customers
• Maintain accurate and legible records of production work and results
• Uphold a high degree of a work-area cleanliness (daily and weekly) and organization
• Explore opportunities to add value to the organization
• Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on various shop equipment
• Understand and identify EH&S hazards, risks and controls of the machine shop operations and activities at the site
• Ensure full compliance with EHS and Quality requirements
• Allocate tooling to be ordered for jobs

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $43.00-$52.00 an hour.  Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education / training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
