The District Performance Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across their market and supports the Pharmacy District Leader (DL) and District Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL).
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with the DL, Rx, DSPL and Pharmacy Managers to ensure pharmacies are effectively staffed and scheduled, prepared for scheduled activities (vaccine clinics, inventories, remodels, pilots, rollouts), compliant with regulatory guidelines, and embracing change.
- Manage Pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district, coordinating with DSPL to ensure DSPs are scheduled to support operations.
- Coordinate Vaccine Clinic Scheduling (e.g., flu season) and manage coverage when clinics are added with short notice; assist in finding coverage as needed.
- Handle administrative activities (expenses, payroll, supply ordering, etc.).
- Pull, format, and analyze reporting to highlight district and individual pharmacy opportunities for DL, RX, DSPL and PMs.
- Follow up on outstanding issues (exception reporting, CRS audits, IT / service ticket escalations, etc.).
- Manage the DL, Rx calendar and inbox, and arrange video conference support for district calls and meetings.
- Support change management across the district, liaising with CSC partners to track pilots and new program rollouts and provide feedback to project teams.
- Open and maintain STARSource requisitions, screen candidates for exempt and hourly roles, attend hiring events, and follow up on candidate progress.
- Travel as needed to support pharmacy operations and planned / unplanned events; promote new programs and services to encourage agility and positive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Regular travel to 100% of the district's pharmacy locations and up to 20% time for store visits, events, inventories, etc.Regular and predictable attendance; flexible work schedule may be required.1+ years of full-time work experience in retail and / or corporate environment.High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.Pharmacy Technician Licensure / Certification obtained within 90 days in role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Physical ability to sit / stand for extended periods and use a computer.Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling / time and attendance / payroll systems.Education
High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.Additional Details
