Batching & Receiving Operator

The Batching & Receiving Operator will work out of our Brownwood Texas manufacturing facility, and report to the Operations Manager. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Review daily production needs and ensure adequate levels of raw materials needed to meet production in work area
• Facilitate the unloading and loading of bulk raw materials and finished products of tractor trailers
• Use forklift to stage raw materials to begin process and load trucks
• Operate computerized auto batching systems, understand formulas, and keep processing systems full of feed
• Make sure materials are clean before use
• Batching and making the dog food / product
• Sampling and testing of all incoming ingredients and the unloading of bulk ingredients and packing supplies
• Other duties as assigned
