Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • This position offers opportunities for both remote and onsite work, depending on business needs.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide updates as needed.
  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system promptly and accurately.
  • Handle complaints with patience and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics (call handling time, satisfaction scores, etc.).
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
