The Skinny Pancake, a Vermont-based creperie dedicated to local food and community connection, is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team in Quechee, VT! With restaurants in Vermont, New York, and Massachusetts, we're growingand we need a hospitality-driven leader who is ready to enhance guest experiences, support team development, and ensure operational excellence.

What to Expect As an Assistant General Manager :

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll have a hands-on leadership role, ensuring smooth restaurant operations. While you'll primarily oversee the Back of House (BOH), we believe hospitality is a team effort, so you'll collaborate across all departments to drive success.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications :

• Three or more years in varied restaurant positions, including cooking and supervisory experience
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation, with a particular focus on kitchen management
• Availability to work full time, 8-10 hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
• Must be able to coach and develop others effectively
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification or equivalent, preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
