What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Assist visitors, employees, and customers with inquiries and provide general information as needed.

Report and document any suspicious activity, incidents, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and instructions from Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
