About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Product Growth to spearhead the enhancement of key metrics through the expansion of a high-velocity product A / B testing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire product growth strategy, including the development of a roadmap, test design, and assessment. This role involves close collaboration with product design, engineering, and data teams, and the expectation to build and lead a lean growth team that can execute hundreds of tests annually. The primary focus is on improving new guest activations, with a secondary emphasis on guest LTV and supply-side metrics. The Head of Product Growth will also be tasked with generating bold product test ideas, ensuring data quality, and staying user-obsessed to ground decisions in real user behavior. Ideal candidates for the Head of Product Growth position at the company will be deeply experienced in product growth and A / B testing, with a strong background in mobile and web app experimentation. They should be strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to think like a product owner and also be detail-oriented in the execution of experiments. The role requires a team builder who is adept at hiring and developing talent, and who can thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous environment. A passion for the company's mission, particularly if it involves a love for dogs, is essential, as is a blend of right and left brain thinking, with excellent analytical skills and great design instincts.
