Position Summary

Oceaneering's Marine Services Division (MSD) is seeking Inside Machinists with CNC programming, setup, and machining experience to support the manufacturing of complex, critical submarine components in a low-volume, build-to-print environment. This role requires knowledge of machining principles, precision measurement, and blueprint interpretation. Unlike high-volume "widget" machining shops, our work consists of one-off and non-repeat builds with tight tolerances, exotic alloys, and high-quality standards that directly support the U.S. Navy submarine fleet.

This role does not require travel but may require overtime.

Duties And Responsibilities

CNC PROGRAMMING & SETUP :

• Review and edit CNC programs (lathe and mill) using G-code and CAM platforms.
• Set up, align, and secure workpieces, fixtures, and tooling on CNC and manual machines.
• Conduct first-article runs and validate programs to ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
