HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The HR Business Partner functions as the primary point of contact between Human Resources and the organization's leadership. Provides consultation and support services in the areas of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations with the primary goal of maximizing the effectiveness of business and human resources processes that promote the organization's strategic objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional / Educational
Bachelors Degree and 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience or similar combination of education and experience in the HR field.
Proficiency in multiple computer applications.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Internet.
Working knowledge of employment law, principles of selection and placement and employee relations.
Personal
Strong problem solving skills, verbal and written communication, and strong presentation skills.
Ability to analyze human resource policies and procedures in order to answer customer's questions.
Solid organization skills.
Ability to work independently.
Team player.
Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
