Join a team dedicated to protecting the safety and integrity of U.S. air travel. Peraton is seeking a Subcontract Adminstrator to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will monitor subcontract deliverables evaluate compliance with contractual obligations and provide data-driven insights to program management and is your opportunity to influence one of the most important modernization efforts in U.S. aviation.

In this position you will :

• Play a key role in ensuring subcontractors deliver on schedule within scope and to FAA standards while supporting accountability and continuous improvement across the supply base.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against contract terms milestones SLAs and KPIs.
• Collect analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare performance scorecards dashboards and reports for FAA leadership and program teams.
• Collaborate with Contracts Procurement and Program Management to resolve performance issues.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with FAA federal and contractual requirements.
• Participate in subcontractor reviews audits and performance evaluation meetings.
• Support development of corrective action plans (CAPs) for underperforming subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records metrics and documentation to support contract compliance.
• Contribute to subcontractor selection evaluation and risk assessments.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements in subcontract performance management.
• Experience supportingsubcontractor audits reviews or performance evaluations.
• Experience preparingaudit-ready performance documentation.
• Ability to collaborate withmulti-disciplinary teams subcontractors and leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

Experiencein subcontract management and performance analysis.

Strong knowledge ofcontract compliance and performance evaluation methodologies.

Proficiency withdata analysis and reporting tools(Excel Tableau Power BI).

Familiarity withfederal acquisition regulations (FAR) requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

Background in aviation aerospace or othermission-critical subcontractor performance environments.

Degree in Business Supply Chain Management or related discipline.

Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) PMP or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager).

Target Salary Range

$86000 - $138000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
