We are a growing company with a culture of ownership, growth, and service. This outside-territory sales role offers scheduling flexibility and autonomy. You will engage small to medium-sized businesses, presenting supplemental insurance products.
Core Responsibilities
- Use the Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and expand the network within your territory.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
- Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
- Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
- Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
- Build and nurture a portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit the schedule each week.
- Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each day.
