Base Pay Range

$86,000.00 / yr – $106,000.00 / yr

Job Overview

We are a growing company with a culture of ownership, growth, and service. This outside-territory sales role offers scheduling flexibility and autonomy. You will engage small to medium-sized businesses, presenting supplemental insurance products.

Core Responsibilities

  • Use the Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and expand the network within your territory.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
  • Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
  • Build and nurture a portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit the schedule each week.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each day.

  • Additional Qualifications

  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high-school work experience (consider candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional experience with relevant sales or athletic background).
