Your main responsibilities include :

• Project Management : Oversee modernization projects to ensure efficient and profitable close-out. Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors. Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Partner with Engineering and local and regional management for successful completion of the project. Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning. Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins.
• Financial Ownership : Manage project revenue, size, and adherence to fulfillment guidelines. Ensure timely invoicing, targeting 90% payment prior to elevator turnover.
• Customer Relationship Management : 20% Establish and maintain critical customer relationships to support project success Quality & Safety Compliance : 10% Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance, and passenger safety.
