Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. This role involves supporting daily spa operations, assisting clients with check-in and check-out, promoting services and memberships, and helping maintain a clean and professional spa environment. Spa Associates are also responsible for meeting individual sales goals through the promotion of memberships, upgrades, and retail products.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed individual membership sales goals.

Learn and understand our full menu of services (training provided).

Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with guests and members.

Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Clearly explain service options, promotions, and membership benefits to clients.

Help ensure the spa is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Answer phones, book appointments, and manage client records.

Support spa operations by performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements & Education

18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
