A company is looking for a Technical Interviewer Lead, Data and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 2nd interviews to assess the technical depth of candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs
Participate actively as a member of the recruitment team
Required Qualifications
Senior Software Engineer with expertise in languages like JavaScript, Java, and Ruby on Rails
Minimum of 5 years of experience working on large-scale engineering projects
Experience in hiring engineers for team expansion
Background in a high-growth, dynamic company
