Flexjet, an award-winning organization that specializes in high end private jet travel, is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Supervisor to join our team! Flexjet currently operates over 250 aircraft with over 1,300 pilots located in 150 domiciles traveling both domestically and internationally! This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily management and support of the Company's crewmembers, its fleet, and the operation. The Flight Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Chief Pilot and requires the individual to reside in Cleveland, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management of Flexjet Aircraft and all of its designated flight crews
• Manage and support line crewmembers
• Review aircraft performance calculations
• Support the Owners Services Department and the Sales Department as a technical resource
• Engage in proactive management of flight operations in conjunction with the Operational Control Center
• Work in conjunction with Assistant Chief Pilots in the development, implementation, and crew adherence to the company and aircraft specific Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
• Assist with the development and maintenance of standard aircraft checklists
