What You'll Do :

Administer medications, treatments, and enteral feedings within your scope of practice

Ensure timely, accurate documentation and care delivery

Monitor and support nursing assistants in meeting resident care standards

Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory guidelines

Be a key part of a compassionate, resident-centered care environment

What We’re Looking For :

Graduate of an accredited LVN program

Active LVN license in good standing

Strong understanding of long-term care regulations (preferred)

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

A passion for serving others and working collaboratively
