We are seeking a Picker / Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving and packing items from our warehouse to fulfill customer orders. You will work closely with our shipping and logistics team to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to retrieve items from storage locations (from time to time)
• Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging
• Perform general warehouse and shipping duties as needed

Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a warehouse environment. You will be on your feet for the majority of the shift and may be required to lift and move items. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay rate of $17 per hour,

Benefits Information : PTO in accordance with the IL Day and Temporary Labor Service Act.Â.
