Job descriptionreviewing personal history / notes completed by the supervising Help run groups Provide individual psychotherapy Providing individual and group supervision Maintain accurate client documentation Provide supervision to unlicensed staff and ensure that our outpatient programs are running successfully. This is a full-time hybrid position, 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday Company-sponsored retirement savings 401 (k) / IRA Salary of 65K - 67k per year, depending on experience. Company Health Insurance Direct deposit every other Friday Continuing education reimbursement 1-hour paid Lunch, each day you see 6 or more clients Previous experience in social work, counseling, psychology, or other related fields No experience is required, but 3+ years of experience in practice is a plus Previous knowledge in developing programs / outpatient mental health services Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Unlicensed masters level clinicians and new grads are encoraged to apply
