About the Job :

As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service, managing inventory, ordering merchandise, and overseeing store finances. You will also assist in hiring, training, and leading a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer experiences.

This role involves working closely with the Store Manager to develop business strategies, analyze sales trends, and implement changes to improve profitability. You will also be responsible for handling daily cash handling, deposits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities :

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
• Run the register and provide exceptional customer service
• Counsel and motivate team members to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is absent
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials
