Job description

Epitec is seeking an experienced Network Planner to join our automotive client's team. As a Network Planner, the candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the migration from our client's legacy system.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the migration from a legacy system to Inform TMS, including dual-system maintenance for approximately one year.
  • Collaborate on network planning and transportation design initiatives.
  • Learn and document legacy system workflows to ensure accurate translation into the new system.
  • Partner with internal teams and Inform consultants to launch and stabilize the new transportation planning system.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on migration progress and system performance.

🧠 Top Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in transportation or logistics planning
  • Hands-on experience with Inform TMS or similar transportation management systems.
  • Project management skillsability to manage tasks independently and coordinate across systems.
  • Experience in vehicle logistics (preferably outbound; inbound not required).
  • Familiarity with legacy system migrationunderstanding how to translate legacy processes into new platforms.
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days / week at the pilot plant
