Job description

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Service Manager responsible for ensuring exceptional support and service delivery to key clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of administrative services for large and complex client accounts, ensuring timely project completion and proactive communication

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery while maintaining client satisfaction

Oversee the annual enrollment process and manage testing workflows to ensure quality and compliance with client specifications

Qualifications

Minimum 5-10 years experience in the healthcare industry, including Benefits Administration

Bachelor's degree or related field

Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service

Strong organizational skills and effective team collaboration

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive results and maintain seamless client delivery
