Program Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Program Engineering Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to develop and deliver products that meet customer needs

Lead engineering efforts to ensure solutions meet programmatic and technical requirements within budget and schedule

Identify and communicate technical risks and opportunities to the design team and program management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Active Secret security clearance

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience

Experience in project engineering management, including planning and product verification

Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in solving complex technical problems

Demonstrated leadership skills and strong planning and organizational skills
