This role involves balancing multiple design projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring each piece communicates effectively and upholds the integrity of the brand. Accountabilities

• Design, layout, and format visual materials for both print and digital use while adhering to brand and quality standards.
• Develop a strong understanding of brand identity, style guides, and project requirements to produce cohesive, high-quality designs.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align creative direction, timelines, and deliverables.
• Present and articulate design concepts clearly to colleagues and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and updates in project management tools such as Workfront.
• Coordinate with vendors and support production processes as needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends and software advancements to continuously improve creative output.
