We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. • Duties
• Educate students in accordance with established curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall academic achievement.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and understanding.
• Provide tutoring support to students who require additional assistance in their studies.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in teaching methodologies.
• Engage with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and development.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports childhood development for all students.
• Requirements
• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational standards.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in education or related fields are preferred.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week
