Position Highlights

Avera is currently seeking nurses looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

• Student Loan Repayment : This position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

A Brief Overview

Under the direction of facility leadership this position is responsible for coordinating referrals, admissions, discharges and transfers to and from the facility. Serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary care team. Has the necessary authority to assess, plan, evaluate and teach in patient and staff situations. Carries out administrative responsibilities as delegated by facility leadership.
