How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Service Support Specialist, you will be on the front lines of delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle

Responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner as part of our call center
Scheduling service reservations
Identify guests' needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support
Responding to guest inquiries via chat

Qualifications

Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity

At least 18 years of age

Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets

A strong desire to succeed

Focus on providing customers an outstanding experience in every interaction

Must enjoy a fast-paced environment that includes working with a high volume of phone calls, chats, and email inquiries

Ability to multi-task (example : finishing emails or chat sessions while taking calls)

Organizational skills

Able to develop and maintain the knowledge base required to properly assist guests in a fast-growing company

Ability to de-escalate a guest interaction

Able to work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity

Strong communication skills

Experience with CDK Service Edge is a plus

Punctual and dependable with scheduling flexibility

Pass a criminal background check

Physical Requirements

Standing and Walking : Attendants spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership lot and moving vehicles.

Lifting and Pushing : They must be able to lift up to 50lbs of equipment and push cars, often in tight spaces.

Reaching and Bending : Attendants frequently reach, bend, and stoop to access vehicle doors and features.
