Auto Scrum Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented Auto Scrum Coordinator to support the team and processes. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, removing impediments that slow down the team, and coaching the team on Scrum principles to ensure adherence and continuous improvement. They also act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders and help the Product Owner manage the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead ceremonies :

Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Remove impediments : Actively identify and work to remove any obstacles that prevent the team from making progress.

Promote team self-organization : Coach the team on self-organization and help fill any gaps in the process, fostering a collaborative environment.

Protect the team : Shield the development team from external distractions and interruptions.

Liaise with stakeholders : Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Manage backlog : Assist the Product Owner in managing and refining the product backlog, ensuring user stories and tasks are clear and complete.

Communicate progress : Keep stakeholders informed about project status and work to improve visibility into the team's work

Requirements Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an accredited university

Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in hardware development life cycle for automotive and related industries

Minimum 3 years of Scrum Master experience.

Good cross functional working experience within the organization.

Scrum and Agile Methodology knowledge and experience.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications :

• master's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engine Design Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine Engineering from an accredited university
• 2 or more years of experience with internal combustion engine.

Salary : 10,500 BRL Per month
