Token Metrics is seeking a crypto-native UX Researcher who understands blockchain deeply and can uncover user needs to create seamless, data-informed experiences. You'll play a key role in shaping UX for advanced tools like prediction models, analytics dashboards, and portfolio trackers.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability tests).
• Analyze platform interactions and on-chain behaviors (wallet usage, trading, token holdings).
• Use blockchain tools like Dune Analytics, Etherscan to support findings.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to deliver actionable UX improvements .
• Develop artifacts like personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide product development.
• Engage with users directly to uncover pain points and user motivations.
• Stay current with Web3 UX trends , advocating for clarity, trust, and accessibility.
• Present user research insights and tie them to Token Metrics strategic goals.
