We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Insights Analyst, Statistical Analyst, or Analytics Specialist to join our onsite team in Cincinnati. If you excel at transforming data into clear, actionable insights and enjoy working face‑to‑face with cross‑functional partners, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do - Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and key business drivers.
- Translate complex findings into clear, concise insights for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations used for key decision‑making.
- Use SQL and Python to work with large datasets, automate workflows, and create analytical solutions.
- Apply statistical techniques such as regression, predictive modeling, or causal inference.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (product, operations, finance, engineering, etc.) to define metrics, support business questions, and align on strategy.
- Improve data quality, data processes, and the reliability of reporting assets.
- Manage analytics projects from initial problem definition through final delivery and adoption.
What You Bring - Strong hands‑on proficiency with SQL and Python
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets
- Solid background in EDA, trend identification, and pattern analysis
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, modeling, visualization best practices)
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or advanced analytics
- Ability to translate data into insights that non‑technical stakeholders can act on
- Independent problem solver with curiosity and attention to detail
- Ability to work fully onsite in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes or modern data stack tools
- Prior experience influencing senior stakeholders or presenting insights to leadership
