Daily Responsibilities : Perform transmission rebuilding on a variety of vehicles Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards Collaborate with team members to diagnose and repair transmission issues Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Required Skills : Experience in automotive maintenance and repair Knowledge of Transgo and Sonnax kits and fixes. Ability to perform preventive maintenance and quality control inspections ASE Certification is preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Skills : Experience in automotive sales and service advising Familiarity with ATSG and ATRA rebuild manuals. Communicating problems and fixes to customers.
