Large managed care company is seeking a Nursing Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate nursing activities during scheduled shifts. This is a leadership role that requires sound clinical judgment and the ability to manage unit operations and staffing.

WORK LOCATION : 2 Coulter Rd, Clifton Springs, NY 14432. Applicants MUST reside within 75 miles of this address

PAY : $50.00

CONTRACT DATES : 8 / 11 / 25 - 11 / 15 / 25

HOURS : Day – 3x12s (D / N Rotation – Primarily Nights). Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM, Night Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate nursing activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and nursing staff performance.
