Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst (Level 4) to join our innovative global data and analytics client, where you'll build high-impact Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions that drive decision-making across large-scale digital marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data modeling, UX polish, advanced DAX, and stakeholder collaboration-turning complex data into enticing, trustworthy, and interactive data products used daily by business leaders.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves) :

  • Minimum 8 years building Power BI dashboards and semantic models at production scale, including advanced DAX and sourcing from diverse data types.
  • Experience productizing BI solutions with alerts, subscriptions, Power BI Apps, and workspace governance.
  • Strong storytelling and UX sensibility - able to design layouts, color usage, and narrative data experiences that delight non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into measurable, elegant analytical solutions and present confidently to stakeholders.

Opportunity Overview :

This role offers the chance to build the analytical tools that power Consumer Marketing leadership during a transformative era of AI. You will work end-to-end across requirements, data modeling, dashboard design, UX, and production deployment-ultimately shaping how digital marketing teams understand performance across web, email, social, and in-product channels.

How you will make an impact :

  • Gather requirements from business partners and translate them into analytical specifications and dashboards.
  • Design, develop, test, and launch high-impact Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and data products.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering on sourcing, performance tuning, and production deployment.
  • Enable BI productization through alerts, subscriptions, Apps, workspace governance, and Copilot / Insights features.
  • Serve as liaison between business teams and technical partners to ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Support one or more highly complex business processes and contribute to multiple concurrent projects.
  • Provide analytical insights that increase operating efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
  • The expertise you bring :

  • 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related technical roles.
  • Proven experience building highly visual, interactive Power BI dashboards at production scale with advanced DAX.
  • Strong capability reading code and understanding programming concepts.
  • Experience with digital marketing metrics across email, web, social, and in-product channels.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems using multiple data sources to arrive at innovative solutions.
  • Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to handle diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis and ROI modeling for technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus (not required).
  • Preferred experience : Adobe CJA connectivity to Power BI, Microsoft Fabric components (Lakehouse, Direct Lake, notebooks / pipelines), UX-focused dashboard design.
  • What makes a candidate highly successful in this role :

A highly successful candidate brings deep mastery of Power BI-combining advanced DAX, model design, and production-grade governance with exceptional UX sensibility. They are confident storytellers who create dashboards that feel intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned to how non-technical users think. They demonstrate fluency in digital marketing analytics, can independently generate data-driven narratives, and are proactive in shaping ambiguous business questions into measurable outcomes.
