Responsibilities

Set up and operate Wire EDM machines to cut complex shapes from conductive materials.

Write and modify CNC programs for precision part fabrication.

Install fixtures, prepare equipment, and run production jobs.

Inspect and measure finished parts using precision gauges and indicators.

Troubleshoot machine / part quality issues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Perform preventative maintenance on Wire EDM machines.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Hands-on experience with

Wire EDM CNC machines .

CNC programming and operation proficiency.

Strong mechanical and machine tool knowledge.

High attention to detail with ability to hold tight tolerances.

Skilled at interpreting complex engineering drawings / blueprints.

Understanding of conductive materials and machining principles.

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Stand for extended periods.

Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and climb.

20 / 20 vision with correction.
