Site Director Position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst and / or Special Education teacher for our Site Director position. We offer a small, collaborative, and caring community of staff who support one another to provide excellent services for each student we serve. Ideal candidates for this position will have demonstrated supervisory experience, and an effective history of working with individuals with severe behavior.
Job Description
The Site Director oversees daily operations and supervises Special Education Programming requirements as well as facility needs for the students and staff, under direction of the Chief of Staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Department of Health of WA or currently eligible for licensure. Applicants who hold a BCBA or BCBA-D credential are eligible for a LBA in Washington State.Master's (Required)BCBA (Required)Ability to interact with colleagues, providers, and families in a collegial and professional manner.Reliable transportation, current valid driver's license, car insurance, and working cell phoneCPR / BLS (required within 30 days of hire)Food Handlers (required within 30 days of hire)Ability to lift 50 lbs and physically respond to challenging behavior including pursuit of an eloping student and use of physical management proceduresAbility to pass a background check and driving record checkPreferred Qualifications :
