Position Description : The busser position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.Food. Art. Fun.

Palette 22 is where food, art, and fun collide to create an unforgettable experience. Our vibrant Shirlington restaurant blends globally inspired small plates with a gallery-like atmosphere that celebrates creativity at every turn.Duties include, but are not limited to : Sets, maintains, and clears tables promptly and efficiently.

Restocks service stations, polishes and restocks flatware and plateware.

Delivers dishes to guests promptly and efficiently using their proper name upon delivery.

Assist with the expedition of food when a chef or manager is not in the window.

Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.People are the core of our business. Thats why our benefits include : Free Health Insurance (after 6 months, averaging 30+ hours / week)

$5.00 - $8.00 Hourly
